The proposed high-rise residential development located at Narsangi, Hyderabad over a site area of 20.2Acres. This proposed project consist of 11 high rise residential towers located within the common 4-levels of basements and podium. The 4level of basements + Stilt1 (Transfer Floor) followed with 39 floor typical apartments. Therefore, the floor configuration shall be 4B+Stilt+39 Floors +Terrace = 44 suspended slabs over the foundation at Basement-4.
In general, a reinforced concrete structural system is adopted throughout the building. The tower columns and basement structure are arranged in a way to facilitate the proposed parking layout, driveway and ramp arrangement which carries a transfer slab at stilt level to accommodate typical apartment layout.
With the restricted site dimension all the architectural design is housed within the basement floors which resulted in varied column grid. Considering the limited basement floor heights and expected services, flat slab with column drops are adopted throughout basement structure to facilitate services passing underneath slab soffit. However at few localise areas, beams are adopted to support large cut-out and ramps arrangement.
