The proposed development contains 3-Residentail Towers with building height 203m above Basement 2. The building carries 2B+GF+5-Podium+50 Floors = 59 Suspended Slabs. ARSA engineering consultancy services is commissioned to carry out the Peer Review based on the design developed by Engineer On Record (EOR).

The Structural system constitutes combination of shear walls and columns through basement structure and RC Walls (Mivan Wall) from typical floor onwards which resulted into transfer structure at interface of Ground floor and typical floor. The Transfer Beam depth is estimated in an order of about 2000mm.
