The overall development comprises of 3-Residential Towers with building height 201.3m from Basement 4. The proposed structure carries 4B+GF+45 Typical Floor = 53 suspended slabs.

SUPER STRUCTURE
There is special height of 11 meter from stilt floor to first residential floor where the Transfer beam of 2000-2500mm is expected, thereafter the typical floor shear wall of thickness ranging 400/30/200mm thicknesses are proposed by Engineer On Record (EOR).

BASEMENT STRUCTURE
In general, flat slab with column capital is adopted at non-tower areas however within the tower foot print two-way beam system forming frame action with tower column is followed.
