The proposed residential development located in Narsingi, Hyderabad, encompasses 4-levels of basement car park, Ground floor (ST-01) and Walking Track (ST-02). The typical residential units begins from L1 till L42, this arrangement of floor result in to (4B+ST01+ST02+42+TERR = 48 suspended slabs).

This proposed developed is covered over a built up area is 22, 93,190SqFt. The two residential Towers A & B are within a common basement structure measuring a width of 71.5/91m X 175m. The residential towers A & B are of similar height of 140.5m above ground floor (ST-01) to cover 42-floors above transfer slab (L01). The proposed twin towers are positioned 18.0 meter apart.
