This development is unique on grounds of construction methodology was adopted. The newly introduced top-down construction techniques is aimed to speed up the construction and in this case it was aimed to achieve a cycle of 7 days per floor. This is accomplished by using steel pile as columns appropriately braced at every 4 floors and the steel tube columns are pumped with concrete. The standard structural steel form work is hanged at top most floor and at every 7 days, a standard form work is drop down by operating down the bolts at 4 corners of the bay.
