The proposed public building for Beary’s community is developed based on 2B+GF+4 typical floors. There are two levels of basement car park and a showroom at ground floor level. The level 1 & 2 are convention center with hall width measuring 17 meter (55’) spans.
The post tensioned (PT) beam spanning 17m for the above convention halls are designed to meet architectural design intent. The levels 3,4 &5 are designed for guest rooms.
