The proposed corporate building development located at Road No.45, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, comprises 3-levels of basement car park, Ground floor (ST-01) Main Entrance and upper 3-Stilt levels of 2-sheeler parking, environment deck and upper 8-levels of office floors. The above floor arrangement result in to 3B+ST01-ST04+ED+8 (Typ)+TERR=17 suspended slabs.

There are 3-levels of basement car park thereby the upper two basements floors are with floor height of 3.5m and lowest basement B3 measures a height of 4.05m. The columns are typically are arranged at spacing of 8.5–10.0 meter to accommodate car parking/driveways and ramp locations. With the restricted site dimension all the architectural design is housed within the basement floors which resulted in varied column grid.

Considering the limited basement floor heights and expected services, the flat slab with column drops are adopted throughout basement structure to facilitate services passing underneath slab soffit. However at few localise areas where beams are adopted to support large cut-out and ramps arrangement. The STP, Under Ground Water Tanks are located in lowest basement B3, where the STP tank at South-East corner is identified for a double height by reaching up to B1 Slab.

The environment deck is located at fourth floor above ground floor (ST-01), is designed to accommodate significant landscaping which is why currently 750mm soil filling loads is considered in the analysis and design. Unlike other floors where flat slab with column drop is adopted however due to the heavy landscape/soil fill loading at this floor, two-beam system is adopted which would be more efficient supporting the above heavy loads in order to control long span deflections, flexure and shear stresses.
