In general, a reinforced concrete structural system is adopted throughout the building. The tower columns and basement structure are arranged in a way to facilitate the proposed parking layout, driveway and ramp arrangement and typical apartment layout. The proposed 5-Tower consists of 4 levels of basement car park + Stilt level before the typical apartment units begins from L1 which also forms as Transfer level. The special height below transfer is 10.3meter including Transfer Beam depth and height below transfer to Stilt is 7.6meter.
