The proposed 100 Key hotel is located at Vizag, Andhra Pradesh over a site area of 3.298 Acres for the envisioned development of luxury hotel. The proposed hotel building encompasses 1B+Podium+Banquet+7 Floors of typical hotel rooms with 2 additional floor provision as an option, hence the total number of floor shall be designed for 1B+GF+7+2=10 suspended slabs over the foundation and 8-Floors at Transfer Floor (L2) which is basically at 3rd Floor from Foundation.

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM
In general, a reinforced concrete structural system is adopted throughout the building. The tower columns locations are carefully chosen from foundation till 9th floor to suit the required Banquet Hall dimension measuring 18m X 32m (6,200 Sq-Ft). Transfer beams spanning over 18 meters to receive the hotel block columns as the extent of hotel blocks projected over Banquet Hall below.

SPECIAL STRUCTURAL FEATURE
The exclusive structural features in this project where the 18 meters span Banquet Halls at level-2 receive FC-Floating Column to support from 9- upper floors. As the structural arrangement at suits are entirely mismatched with the floor below which has resulted into a major transfer beams spanning 22 meters at L2 Level (3rd floor from foundation. The Floating columns/shear walls supported over Transfer beams of depth 1700mm to cater for flexure and deflections within permissible limits.
